Shree Maheshwar Hydel Power Corp Ltd

Shree Maheshwar Hydel Power Corporation Ltd is the first private sector hydro project in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It is a 400 MW run-off-the-river project on the River Narmada, located at Mandleshwar, District Khargone, 108 Km. south-west of Indore.

The Maheshwar Project will reduce the peak-power shortage in the state of Madhya Pradesh by over 25% as well as improve the socio economic condition of the region.
